An equal world is an enabled world. PreneurLab is celebrating women’s achievement by raising awareness against bias and taking action for equality. Preneur Lab is celebrating International Women’s Month by offering women multiple opportunities towards the world of innovation and making them ready for career. For the last 6 years, we have been celebrating International Women’s Month by initiating groundbreaking scopes for women. We have reached to more than 10,000 women both in urban and remote areas, connected with more than 30 universities through varieties of programs. This year we have come up with multiple initiatives where 400 women get direct support through this programs. Here are some glimpses of our initiatives.
#TechbyHer Conference and HackDay
Facebook Developer Circle: Dhaka is hosting #TechbyHer Conference and Women Hack Day to celebrate International Womens Day 2020. Session from Facebook Singapore Office will be LIVE telecasted with the hack day. Participants will learn blockchain, Facebook AR, Messenger Bot and build for Facebook Online Hackathon. Preneur Lab – Social Good Company is partner of the initiative.

#EachforEqual Workathon offers a unique opportunity for women who are going to start their career. It provides women real-life experience on working in an office environment and solving real projects that include meetings with clients, brainstorming, evaluating each other’s work, creating MVP, giving group presentations and more. The objective is to prepare Women performed better regarding their projects, personal life decisions and to enter into new jobs.

Career Ready Workshop : Women Starting New Career & Women Re-starting Their Career
Women have so many important roles to play. A career helps to play these roles better. The program offers career development skills for women who are new to start their career and for women who want to start their career again from a break. The program will train women and connect them with the recruiter and make them ready for the job.
The objective is to create 100 work-ready women with job-ready skills, providing tools for increasing productivity to get a better job.
Target Audience: Women age 18-40
Date: 16th and 22th March, 2020 (two programs)

The aim of the program is to develop or enhance their professional image and profile as they prepare for the future workforce.
4 Study Jams on Foundations of Thought Leadership: Reframing Your Narrative for a Career in Tech
In this highly-interactive and energetic 2-hr workshop to explore the source of credibility and how to establish it. We cover strategies for making a greater impact through women’s writing (and speaking) and the value of framing their message and themselves as part of a larger public conversation. Participants leave this session with a newly crafted professional bio.
